Music With Ms. VP: Fifth Grade

April 7-11:

Unfortunately my 5th graders have been neglecting their leadership roles in the school these days. I am serious guys about being role models to the younger students. They look up to you whether you want them to or not. They see you do something and they think it's ok or they try it themselves. They want to be like you and you have to realize they are watching and you have a responsibility to show strength of character in everything you do. This week we are going to focus on what it means to be a good audience member. It's not just clapping at the end of a program, it's be an active listener and encourager. We are to ENCOURAGE not discourage our fellow classmates. I hope that after this week we will have a better idea of the music expectations and the School's expectations for you.
